Persona : Engineer
From the time I was introduced to computers as a kid, I have been fascinated by the potential of technology to achieve incredible things. When we started learning programming in heigh school, I discovered my natural aptitude for logic and programming, becoming one of the top-performing students in my class. I also took Computer science for higher secondary and did well there as well. Like every other Indian student during that time, my parents wanted me to become an engineer. So when I had to make a decision, Computer Science was the obvious choice. I completed my Btech in CSE under Calicut University.
However I always had a passion for graphic designing, and I found that my skills in logical thinking, problem solving, and designing were complementary. So I decided to pursue a career that would allow me to utilise both. That’s when I discovered the field of UI/UX Engineering. After graduation, I joined Nintriva technologies and over the course of my seven-year career, I have become a T-shaped designer, with a focus on UI/UX Engineering.
Skill Set
Though out my career I have gained extensive experience in projects both locally and internationally, using a variety of frameworks and tools such as
- HTML
- CSS, LESS, SASS
- JQuery
- Angular
- Ionic
- WordPress

The first app I designed back in 2015 was a fan app for Kerala blasters football fans called KBFC Fans Online. We included features like chats, polls, match details etc which the fans wanted during that time. The app became one among the top 10 free sports category apps in play store. App followed Google’s Material Design guidelines which was pretty fresh during that time and was implemented using ionic frame work.
I was employed by Nintriva Technologies as a graphic designer and UI/UX engineer. My primary coding languages were HTML and CSS. Initially, I focused on designing and developing static and dynamic websites. However, as I gained more experience, I began to contribute to the development of both web and mobile applications. Most of these projects were built using the Angular and Ionic frameworks. While my involvement was mainly centered on the HTML and CSS aspects of these projects, I acquired a good understanding of the fundamental concepts and essential components of these frameworks, which enabled me to collaborate more effectively with the backend developers.
Given my strong logical thinking skills, I occasionally assisted junior developers who were struggling with implementing certain programming logic. My understanding of the basics of these frameworks proved to be a valuable asset in this regard.
